To ensure smooth support in case of any issues, we strongly advise all customers to record an unboxing video while opening their package. Due to fraud risks with some courier services, we will not be able to process return/replacement requests without a valid unboxing video.

🚚 Return Shipping

We currently do not offer reverse pickup. If a return is approved, customers are required to ship the item back to our provided return address.
